How do I assign a line to be answered by a specific mailbox? The line appears and rings on two extensions, where do I set which mailbox it goes to?

In most cases lines are answered via greeting tables/AA, that is unless you're not using the voicemail in the correct manner? Either way it sounds like you should call a local vendor to give you a hand.
