Normal User and VSS 6.0

Hi,
I have a normal user account on a WIN 2000 with VSS 6.0.

I logged in as Administrator and installed VSS and connected to some VSS DB. After installation, when I log in as normal user, and open VSS, I can access only the VSS db last accessed by administrator! Even when I browse through and select a different VSS DB, that BD is not opened. Any comments?
