I might be in the wrong forum, so apologies if that is the case.
Does anybody knnow how to display Nordic characters (ø, ö) for example properly in Netscape Communicator 4 ? I have a situation where the clients are only showing squares etc instead of the proper characters. Where is this setting, and how to make it permanent? I was told to use character set UTP8 but that doesn't seem to do the trick.
