Hello,
Is there any way to program a menu into the Not Ready key/ Our call center manager want the agent to be able to choose from a menu that would 'explain' why they went into not ready. 3905 phones. Option 11c switch.

i don't think that is possible.. a second key with a ringdown to a mb used for that reason might do the job.. build an acd, maxp 1 ncfw to a unused dn ncfw to mail and build a mb

I found that I need to set up Reaso Codes. I'm supposed to set up ACNT as a key in ld 20. Any one know how to do this?

In LD 23 under the ACDN change the ACNT from No to Yes. Then in Symposium, under Activity Codes add a Not Ready Reason Code. If you don't have the Web Client you won't be able to see them on your RTDs, but you will still be able to run the Historical Report.
 
Just to be on the save side you should de-aquire the TN in symposium before you make the change to the ACD set.
