I'm a clustering noob, how does one configure a quorum drive, I have a SCSI based PowerVault 210s and want to use it as the drive, it has 2 scsi interfaces on it.

1-Do I attach one server per interface? or do I simply use one interface and leave the other out of the picture.

2-If I attach one interface to the master node, what can I do to give myself redundancy if the master node fails?

3-What is the reason for having 2 scsi interfaces on the PowerVault 210s if both controllers cannot access the same volume?

Thanks in advance...

1- Attach one server per interface.

2- The clustering service handles redundancy and control of the shared storage via heartbeat connections. Follow the directions that Microsoft provides for cluster setup, during which only one node is online at a time, and you shouldn't have any corruption that might be a result of both nodes wrestling for control of the storage.

3- You are set for an active/passive configuration. Both nodes won't be accessing the shared storage at the same time. One will assume control if the first fails. If you were hoping for an active/active configuration, you will want a more advanced fibre-channel solution which will require more components than just two controllers and a single shared drive.

I have done exactly what you're trying to achieve using a Powervault and it works perfectly.

One gotcha is to make sure that your Powervault has what Dell call the clustering option. This gives you two SCSI modules which can have their jumpers set to allow the Powervault to be a shared resource. Otherwise the two SCSI modules work independently. Best to check this before doing anything.
