hope somebody can help. i have a small office with mixed computers on a windows network. 2 of the machines are running ubuntu dapper desktop, both have samba installed. however, one of the machines can access a shared directory on a win98 pc, and the other linux box can "see" the share, but isn't allowed to log on.
searching through the terabytes of data on samba, most seems to be targeted to configuring a samba server and precious little content when using samba only for client privileges. any help would be appreciated.
