Noob need help ^^

I am making a game in GoLive. The game is about my school and i was adding so you can "talk" with the teachers with useing tags... but now i am noob and dont know how to add this things... Anyone know what i meen and send back

Edit exampel:

(you write in a box) "Hello" and if Hello is in the box its auto come a text that say "Ohe hello on you" So if you write "Hello there" he say the same... If you write "How do you feel to day" and if feel is in the box he says "I am good and you" If you write "The devil live in hell" and devil is a tag he say "Ohe i am not a believer
