After applying the last couple of "Critical Updates", none of our servers will replicate to each other. There is no replication between sites or between servers at the same site. The only message we get is "The DSA operation is unable to proceed due to DNS look up failure."

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I finally called MS. The solution was simple. Windows 2000 SP4, and Windows 2003, do not support Dynamic DNS registration in a Single Label or Top Level DNS Domain. Unless, you edit the registry. The KB article is 826743.
