Hi,
I have been experiencing this problem for the last week whenever I launch a app from the PNAgent I get the following error" Windows cannot find "C:\doc and set\username\ApplicationData\Citrix\pnaghent\ResourceCache\1099308406.ICA" Make sure u typed correctly etc.

It worked perfectly before. The only we changed was that we had to enable pass-thru authentication for SAP. So we changed the APPSRV.INI for each user.
Could this have caused this?
We r running PNAgent 8.00 on Metaframe Presentation Server on a W2003 Platform.

Pls help
Carlo

I would look at your changes. The message tends to suggest you got a typo. Also the "It worked before and then we changed something......." gives the game away too [smile]

carlodoep,
We had that same issue before when we moved all of our home directories to another server.
Here is how we fixed the issue.
When you fire up the app via the pn agent, it blows up with that error message.
Look in the registry under the HKUSER registry hive.
I simply search for the username and dig down into the Software-Citrix-Program Neighborhood Agent key.

Delete the "ResourceCache" entry for that user hive and THEN retry the application.

Hope that helps!

Having read enigma99's reply, I feel an apology is warranted here. I completely misread the problem. I wasn't being flippant, just stoopid. I had the sameish issue recently except this site were PN full. Clicking the refresh solved the issue, which probably does the asme thing as ResourceCache.

No probs Scott. I deleted the ResourceCache from under the HUserKey hive and all is good. Management is happy, I am happy and i hope u're happy to!! [afro]

Hey again,
I still get some users who get the error ""C:\doc and set\username\ApplicationData\Citrix\pnaghent\ResourceCache\1099308406.ICA" Make sure u typed correctly etc..

How can I get this message to permanently go away?
Do i delete all the ResourceCache entries in the registry?

There are still under HKLM hive which btw contains the administrator id of the person who installed the application ..... or must I replace with %username%?
