Non-system disk after initiating Mirror Disk

I used Disk Administrator to mirror a disk and performed a re-start. My WinNT 4.0 server is now saying "Non-system disk or disk error". Does anyone know how to fix this? If I do a "repair a damaged Windows NT installation" from the WinNT disk, it can see the NT partition OK.

Any help is greatly appreciated. (I just spent about 6 hours re-installing the whole system because of the darn NIMDA virus.
