Non existant ProxyAddresses?

Hi all, I hope you can help.

We have done an Exchange 5.5 -> 2000 upgrade where the exchange 2000 was installed as part of the site. It seems that for some reason??? I'm missin proxyaddresses etc for public folders,system attendta, directory services etc where they normally are SMTP:sername-IS@domain.com... etc.. any reason why i dont have hardly any of these.. and then the major question.. how do i get it to recreate them, as I cant be sure of every location i need to create them in???
