Non-delivery for person no longer in exchange.

We keep getting non-delivery messages for a person who no longer works here. We deleted their email account and user account over a year ago. When email is sent to her old boss who still works here, we get a non-delivery message for the ex-employee. She was his secretary, but I can't find any where in his email account where she is listed as a delegate or anything else.

Any ideas?

Her mailbox is still set as a delegate for the boss. You can't remove this using admin, you need to vist his Outlook client (or set mailbox permissions for your logon, and create a new profile to open the boss's mailbox). On the Tools Options screen, in Delegates, remove any reference to her mailbox, and all will be well again.
