I was asked to use non-Access Microsoft form which should contain cmd buttons, radio and check boxes. What would you reccomend?
Thanks

I am trying to find out if there is Excel forms but can't find it

I found how to insert Excel Forms.
Now I am thinking is there way to have this form to pop up without first opening Excel?
Is there way of preventing user from going Excel-Tools-Macro-VB Editor-Form??? They need to see Form, select reports from the list, click Run and wait...

I am fairly certain that you must open Excel before you can open an Excel form.

Also, I have seen some discussion about removing items from the standard menus. I can't remember the syntax off-hand, but I do recall that you have to be very careful to restore things "as they were" when the user closes out the workbook. Search this forum and Google for more on this.

I think what you're looking for is a VB application which can be run standalone as an exe rather than an excel based app (which would use VBA) - just depends whether you have the tools and the knowledge.....
