Nokia Voyager and TACACS not working

Hello,

I have setup access to my Nokia Voyager for 10 firewalls.
I can logon using TACACS+ on the CLI but not https.
I can not seem to figure out what I may be missing in my
setup. I have completed config under AAA for ssh and http
Access to Voyager is allowed via http and https.

I am getting the following error when logging on to Voyager
using my TACSACS+ account:

Unable to initialize database: (libdb init: Invalid username: xxxxxx (userid omitted on purpose)

I am defined as a user and have admin priv and have admin
role specified in config. I can logon to the same firewall
via ssh just not https.

PLEASE HELP
