We run a few of these boxes and for the most part they do their job quite well. We don't have many problems with them.
The only problems that we have had is that if they are placed in a hot cabinet and they get too hot they will lock up. We had one where it was locking up all the time and we kept rebooting it and in the end we took it out of the cab completely and placed it on the job. Never had a problem since but they don't tolerate heat very well so keep it cool.
Other than that, great little box.
