We have installed a IPO 406 on a client site.
The client have only digital phones and recording is enabled on all phones.
The client uses Contact Store to hear back the recordings.
Initially we had some noise when calling, by luck, we reinstalled voice mail and contact store on another server and the noise disappeared !!!!
Did anyone encounter this problem before? Any idea what may be causing this?
