nod32 for pop3scan error

When I boot up my computer i get the following error message: NOD32 for POP3SCAN ERROR: could not restore Outlook/Outlook express settings. You may have to do this manually.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook Express and Nod32 but neither worked to clear up the problem.
Does someone know how to fix this? Thanks
