quick background - 2 days ago I took over a network and part of that network is an Avaya IP phone system.
Yesterday, all the phones where going straight to voicemail because of a holiday-table schedule that was setup for 2010. I modified the holiday-table dates to reflect 2011 and thus fixed the problem.
Now today, no voicemail is working at all. It's just silent and then you get the busy signal. From what I can see the Avaya system has 2 G700's and 1 AudioCodes Mediant 1000. I can see that one of the windows servers is set to the file server and apparently unified messaging with Exchange 2007 is in place.
Any ideas on where to start?
