We have an Option 81 with some old SL1 cabinets off of it we use for 500 sets,We had a storm yesterday and now there are 2 shelves that when you call the phone it rings at the other end but when they pick it up there is no one one the other end and the caller never hears anybody pick up it just continues to rinng in the callers ear.What can i check to take care of this problem. the shelves that are not working are on the ols SL1 cabinets.

reset the network card in the 81C cabinets. Actually disable and reseat the card.

Then reseat the controller card in the SL1 cabinets.

he nailed it, another thing to try is ld 135 scpu to see if it's side related
