no subject/cc boxes in outlook. Please help!

Hello

Suddenly for some reason, the subject and the cc boxes have disappeared in my Outlook application.

Have searched the toolbars and the Help section and cannot seem to bring them back to display. Any advice would be appreciated.

No worries I stumbled on it - I had to click on "Message Header".
