A computer I have had for less than a year is giving me this problem...turn it on and it keeps beeping steadily, and windows will not boot up...all I get is this message on the screen - No Signal, and after that it looks like a menu for the monitor. Have checked all connections, but need some other suggestions! Thanks.

This is a monitor message telling you the video signals are absent.
Memory problem, may need reseating.
Video card needs reseating.
Suggest you look into the threads for computer not booting. You'll find all sorts of suggestions covering your problem. There are lots of possibilities and you are going to get an education.
