We've upgraded to ePO 3.5 and found the System Compliance Profiler reports are not listed under reports. We've installed the latest patch. I've tried running console directly on the ePO server and the SCP reports are not showing there either.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a resolution?

Thanks.

Did you deploy the SCP agent? and run a SCP scan? Plus you have to configure the SCAN, too. It's a whole seperate process aside from VirusScan.

You can copy and paste those reports into the right directory. They should be located under this directory on the server..\Program Files\Network Associates\ePO\3.5.0\AVI\0409\Reports\system compliance profiler

If they're missing do a search on the server for ViolationsByMachine.rpt to find your reports and copy them to the correct location.

don't forget the server needs the SCP agent installed, too.

Doh!!

Xavier2,

Thanks for the tip. There was no System Compliance Report directory in the path you specified. I searched the server and found one with the reports in, copied it to the path you listed and now the reports show in ePO console.

Thanks again for the tip. It fixed my problem.
