No Route to (DNS) from (Client)!! Help

Hi
We have a PIX 501 and it appears to have just stopped working.
I get error: No route to 158.43.240.4 from 192.168.1.3

(158.43.240.4 is the ISP's DNS, and 192.168.1.3 is an internal client address.)
I have played with it ans even reloaded the config, but no go. Is it possible it is broken? I just cannot fathom why this should happen

Have managed to reload and after five attempts I ahve it back.
