No ringtone when using softphone 3.1.13

Hello all,

We are using PhoneManager 3.1.13, voip enabled. IPO 403 is running 3.1.48. Works fine besides the ringtone when dialing. We do not hear anything at all. Does anybody know if this a known issue or am i doing something wrong here.

Turn fast start on or off cannot remember which but try it the oposite to what ever you have ut now

Fast start must be in the phonemanager app and also in your ip-phone settings in the manager.
