NO RINGING ON PHONES

I have a MICS (not sure of software level) at a location. This morning all phones are not ringing. all other service working according to users. call can be made out, calls can be received in (if you see the call blinking on the line). question is, does the norstar have a built-in ring generator that may have gone bad? is it on the line card, or...?

Did all phones ring before? If only reception rang then you may have a problem with one set only(DND?).Do internal intercom calls ring?Were calls answered by auto attendant if there is one?....need more info.

Could be the card, the Telco not giving enough ring current or system just needs a reboot.

yes, all internal calls ring ok. only incoming calls to the location from outside. everything worked fine until phones were unplugged yesterday for some work then plugged back in by one of our folks. he was positive all phones plugged back into same jacks they were removed from. i will call and have them reboot before i drive all the way over there. thanks, guys.

Just so you guys can get a laugh, turns out the location had only one phone (old operator console) that actually rang and everyone could hear it no matter where they were in the ofc. That phone went bad so replaced it with a M7208. They didn't want ringing on their own phones. You just never know til on site. Thanks for responding this morning.
