No Ringing On Callers End??

When calling a phone, the caller does not hear the ring tone, however, the called party does. This is for incoming calls and internal calls.

Basically, when calling, you hear dead air... Any suggestions. This is for all phones.

Is this on a softphone ? or IP phone ?

Is this a softphone or a ip hardphone .. DSP phone. ?

I did find a fix. I had to replace the tone board and everyting works great now. It is a Definity G3si.
