No Ring Tones

Configured VoIP station for user for VPN home use on laptop. Audio is fine when the call is picked up for outbound or answered on incoming but there isn't a dial tone. I've tried checking an unchecking the local tones in the VoIP tab un de the IP Extension without any success. Any suggestions?
 
Enable fast start in phone manager. You shouldn't have to change anything on the extensions area, just control the settings from phone manager
 
Fast start is enabled in the Manager(IP Office) under the VoIP station. I don't see any settings for fast start in the Phone Manager client application if that is where you are suggesting I make the change.
 
Don't enable fast start on the extension

Delete it then add it again. Give it an ID and don't touch the other settings

Make sure the user is set to voip phone manager type

In phone manager enable voip

in the preferences now you will have and audio tab, enable fast start here
