For the last 2 days when my user's have been putting Data into the database they have been getting an error message that reads "No Records Found". This occurs after they have inputed at least a couple of records. When I go into the database to view the tables all the tables have disappeared. The database is access by all the users thru the network on a server. Thank god I back up the data daily so I have was able to restore the data on the server, but not long after I have done that the problem occurs again. Please if anyone knows what might be causing this to occur please let me know.
 
It sounds like your network is struggling a little. I had this problem with Access at my last place of work, but never did solve it properly. Since I left I have learnt these tips:

1: Make sure that your database is split with just the data on the back end & the forms, etc on individual PCs.
2: Check your network cards and cables. Access will find any weakness in your setup
3: If you have a god, pray to him! It may not solve your access problem, but it will make it much easier when the stress kills you!

Thanks for assistant. This was good advise. I will proceed to split my database up. I wanted to do it before but was told not to. Also I have called the network people to check out the network connects, I believe that is the main problem because all my users are on the same network. I have said a special pray that god will get me the patience to work through this.
