No Quick Launch?

Little problem with a new workstation image - whenever I logon a user which is in our 'Staff' OU (which has a Group Policy applied to it), that user has no 'Quick Launch' bar on their taskbar, and doesn't get a right-click popup menu unless they right click in the time area. If you do right-click in the time area, the choose 'Toolbars', all the options are greyed out.

I assume this is related to security/GP, but I've searched high and low and can't find anything about it! Any ideas anyone?

Check is thehe any GP associated with your OU that makes such a restrictions!
Create a new GP that will reset this restrictions and associate it with your OU.
