no programms in the programms menu?

Problem: click start, programms and there are no programms.??
Users are AD members with basic folder redirection.

Every new created user has the same problem: no programms in start, programs.

Any suggestions.?

Guessing you are redirecting the Start Menu and probably have a security group on the start menu folder. The new users are not being added to the security group, hence they dont have permission to access the folder so they see nothing. Just a guess.

That would be my guess to the problem as well.
Check the GPO that is redirecting the Start Menu and check that the users have the correct permission to the re-directed location.
