Hi,
When I log in as administrator, I can change the clock time. But when I log into one of my users account, it says that I have no privileges to change the time.
Please help because the time is 35 minutes off.

If your on a Domain the time should be set from your server...

i know, that is a problem. net time //server does not work, it says error 1314-no privileges.
The users have to change the time though.
help

What I am saying though is it should be set at boot up by the computer if it is on a domain.... user, even admin, should not have to manually do it.

Have you tried restarting to see if it changes the time?

Why is your time 35 minutes out? Is it a battery problem?

Change the system time.

Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment

Description.
Determines which users and groups can change the time and date on the internal clock of the computer.

This user right is defined in the Default Domain Controller Group Policy object (GPO) and in the local security policy of workstations and servers.

Default:

On workstations and servers:
Administrators
Power Users

On domain controllers:
Administrators
Server Operators

If he logs in as Admin and changes it wouldnt that change it for all users unless it is set by the server?
