no options after leaving message

intuity audix, when a external customer leaves a message, if they press # they get menu items such as make message priority, access mailbox etc.

How can i stop these options so that they can only leave a message?
 
No way that I can think of other than changing the 'message fragment' for the whole system. The functionality will still be there, but they won't get any message of what they can do. But then no one would get the information on what they can do after leaving a message. Avaya can modify they system for u for $20,000 minimum.
