How do I remove the scroll at the bottom which enables one to toggle through records?

The reason I need to remove it is because I have a combo list with all the selections in there and this is a sub form. The scroll makes this combo list look rather messy.

thanks in advance

Go to properties of the form, and bring up the properties box. Find the NavigationButtons property and set it to no. Buttons at the bottom are now gone.... It's not important that someone else can do in one step what it took you ten to do...the important thing is that you found a solution. [spin]
