I have an IP Office 412. There is one user who can not receive voice messages. When you call the extension, the caller hears the greeting and can record the message. The user can not retrieve the message. I checked in the VM/Accounts folder and nothing is there. This is a new user and no one had this extension previously. The system is at 3.1.65

i think once you restart the services, it updates the names in the voicemail that you've added.

go to the user and look in the sourcenumber tab
is there V with an extension number behind it?

whenever you push the message button or *17, what do you hear?

No message waiting light on. When you press *17 you hear "Welcome to IP Office...

is his/her mailbox already configured ?
if no do so
then there should change a folder
search for this folder and look if it is the right one

is it asking you to enter a password, or is just telling you, you have no new messages?

The mailbox is setup. If you call you get her message. When you press *17, you get the message to enter password.
No one else is having this issue.

did you delete the user in the 412 and in VMPro ?
try it and set it up again
sometime's deleting helps :)

just make her a password in the voicemail tab, under her user... or do you not want her to have to enter a password?

In the user setting under the names, make sure you don't have a space hidden as part of the name, at the end. Highlight the name and see if there is a space. this causes all kinds of problems.
