This was a "normal" DN set on an 1120, and I have now converted it to an ACD set on an 1140. I did NOT rebuild the TN when changing types, only doing a ld 20, then 'chgtyp'. It no longer receives a Message waiting light on its 78623 extension. I have taken most of the CLS settings from another ACD set that does get a voicemail light. What would I be missing? Am I going to have to out the TN and rebuild it?

Does 78623 appear on another phone some where? If so that is the problem. Why are you using xmwk for it's own DN? You have to have a unigue DN for the MW to work. If 78623 appears some where else then it's not unique.

I had put XMWK in there as a test, as it wasn't working before I added it. However, I just tested having my extension (non ACD) added as an scr to an ACD set, and when I left myself a voicemail, I got the MW light, and the ACD set did not, as expected.

It all has to do with the SCR being on Key 0. If the SCR key is not on key 0 and your extension appears on another phone this will cause your issue. So what you have to do is assign a unique DN to the phone and tell Call Pilot to light the light on that DN.

Yup, that did it. Thanks KCFLHRC!
