We have recently had an issue where 30-40 of our 2.83FW 46xx IP sets (out of 900 across N America) AFTER reseating a CLAN board (1 of 5 accepting registrations) the phones show up in the 'li reg' command, but a 'status sta xxxxx' command shows the set to have no set-end IP address (0.0.0.0)The phone, itself has a normal display BUT no audio or access to normal CM3.1.4 functions. It works after we run a busy/release command set.
A couple of notes:
ALL phones with this issue are on the LAN, not registering over our MPLS WAN from a remote site.
MOST (95%) of the phones with the issue were NOT in the ip-network-map table (this has now been adjusted). They were registering to the network region of the CLAN as designed.
The issue appears to happen on phones registered to at all the accepting CLANS.
Thoughts?
