No inside or outside calls after reboot - HELP!

rebooted the Merlin Magix after needing to replace batteries in UPS.

Now I cannot make or receive any outside calls... just get a fast busy.
Could it be the 100DCD card?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

could I have been set to NI2 before the reboot and it defaulted back to Custom 5ESS?

There is no NI2 with Legend/Magix. That is why it needs to be set to Custom/legacy 5ESS on their side.

ok.. just got off the phone with them.
you were exactly correct. They were set to NI2 for years.

the funny thing is, I have rebooted several times.
