NO Icons under Administravie tool folder 2

On my windows 2000 Professional, under control Panel -Administrative tools
folder no items, I know this are all shortcuts and I can copy them form
system32 folder, but I would like to know, why this is happening. When you
install windows 2000, of it should created all the icons there is that so?
Other than copying the icons in to that folder, is there any other way I will
be able to bring those Icons supposed to the under Administrative tools
folder. really appreciate some help

Yes, it should have created all of the icons when you initially installed Windows. If this is a new install, you might want to redo it, as other things might be corrupt as well.
