no holidays in outlook 2000 for year 2003? 1

For whatever reason, I have the United States Holiday selection installed, and when I go to Calendar->View->Current View-> Events; I see holidays from 98-02, but that's it....

First off, I don't understand why (at least some) aren't reoccuring events; and secondly, why did it stop at 2002?

I'm using Outlook 2000, and would figure they would forecast holidays farther than that....
