No Hardcopy in SAP over Citrix

Hello,

I have installed a new Citrix Server like my other Citrix Servers, same hardware, same packages, same scripts. So far no problems. But in SAP GUI 6.20 nobody can print hardcopys, other functions work normal.
If I use Terminal Services Client, I can use Hardcopy at this server.
I searched for differences between this one and my other Servers, but can't find something.
Any idea? My users will not use the windows hardcopy function.
