NO Frames Code , What in <noframes>?

I finished making frames, but now to make <noframes> What really goes in the code? There are total three files header, main, links and the original framesset index file. What do I cut and paste to put in <noframes> and how do i test it? Would somebody tell me, I would appreciate it.

You just put a text message in <noframes>[message]</noframes> saying &quot;your browser does not supportframes pls blow the cobwebs outta yr wallet and upgrade it!&quot; or words to that effect.

user2, I would also like to know what really goes in the <noframes> code. Not just for people with old browsers, but also for people who need screenreaders. It seems the code should direct the user to a frameless version of the site. This frameless site can be made using the same pages as the framed site.
