No files listed in "Details" view !!?? Please help ... 1

When I opened a folder in "Details" view in my system_Win 98 SE, I got a blank screen ( i.e. no files listed ! ) . Other views like "Large Icons", "Small Icons" and "List" were O.K.

__Is this a problem with Windows Explorer ? How can I fix this problem ?

Hello, zaidulon.

[1] In the explorer, set the rightpanel view to detail (as when it has the trouble).
[2] Single mouse click on its blank space (to make sure the explorer gets the focus.)
[3] Enter the two-key combination :
Ctr + "+ sign (the long numberpad)"

The above ritual would bring the view back.

You're right-on the money again ! It worked ..But I'm curious to know what caused this problem in the first place ?
