No Exchange Tabs in AD

On my DC, I cannot get the Exchange Tabs to show in AD Users and Computers. I have installed the Exchange System manager tools on the DC (and the service pack), and I have changed the view to Advanced - no luck.

The DC is a W3K R2 64bit. I know the Exchange cannot be installed on a 64bit OS (fancy that), but why should I be having problems with the system management tools?

I'm not aware of the management tools working on 64 bit either.
