I pretty new to Citrix. We have recently installed a Citrix access gateway. The gateway sits in the dmz of my network. Relevent ports have been opened between the LAN and DMZ to allow access to are terminal servers. The citrix client that have been installed on remote users is preconfigured, they connect and authenticate users OK. We have a IIS installed allowing users to connect to a remote desktop connection via internet exporer.
However i would also like the ability to run a remote desktop connection and connect to my termina server. I didnt think this would be problem because the citrix is configured with my two dns servers. But i cannot connect via remote desktop without specifying the IP adresses of the servers. It wont resolve the host names!!!
Can anyone shed some light?
