I have 3904 that has power date and time but no dial tone. I outed it and still no dail tone what is my next step

3904's aren't polarity sensitive. I would make sure the TN is enabled as well as the card.

if you have date and time most likely it is DISABLED, LD 32 and ENLU the TN
