No default printer

I have one user who does not get a default printer when she connects to Citrix (MetaframeXP). Her printers (including her local windows default printer) show up in Citrix and she can print to them, but her default printer is not assigned as the default printer. One of our applications (Macola) errors out if you do not have a default printer assigned.

She had a default printer previously, so this problem just started for her.

Make sure you check her rights. This sounds like a rights issue. I will have one of our techs write you a reply.

Addional info: If I shadow the user's session and go into the printer configuration tool (printcfg.exe) and try to set a default printer I get the message "Cannot set client printer as default"

Make sure her wfcname.ini file has the correct hostname.
