No data on first time generation of report

VB6 - MSSQL 2005 - CR9

I have many reports based on data returned by parameter-fed stored procedures. The first time I run any of these reports I get NO data. Every time thereafter I get what I expect. And yes, on my dev box this is NOT a problem nor is it a problem when I remotely connect to the live database through my dev box. I only see this behaviour on my LIVE application machines.

Any ideas?
