I enter a new contact X through outlook and save it then push it to CRM. When a different user logs on and searches for contact X they can't find that contact. What am I doing wrong?
You can confirm that the contact is in CRM. Does the other user have permissions to see all contacts such as one you enter or can they just see their own?
