Hi

I have a 406v2 with a Phone 30v2 and a DS 30 attached. It is running v3.0 (68)

I have some BT Relate 1500 phones that if I plug them into the Phone 30v2 then the CLI doesn't work and nothing come up on the display but if I plug them into the 406v2 then it works fine

any ideas?

or are the phones just to old

Thanks

Michael

Hi,

We have had a similar problem though ours was running 406 V2 with a V1 pots 30 and Interquartz 9335. CLI is displayed on the system ports but not on the expansion module ports.

I spoke to our distibutor who had a number of cases outstanding with Avaya, though in all his cases a reboot of the phone module would clear the problem temporarily(month or so). This was not the case in our situation, a reboot would not clear this. In the end we were advised to swap out the offending unit, we put in a v2 pots 30 and so far CLI works.
I'd advise taking it up with your distributor but I suspect the answer will be the same, swap out the unit!

Thanks

I'm waitting for there feedback aswell. If it is the case then this will be the second one to go wrong.
