Mar 6, 2013 #3 ipohead IS-IT--Management Joined Oct 21, 2010 Messages 1,016 Location GB Not something that I really worried about but these are usually two different things: withheld = number intentionally witheld by the caller number available = CLI not supported, usually on some overseas calls (this shows as 'external' here) The incoming call route can treat these differently ! : Matches calls where the ICLID was withheld. ? : for number unavailable. although it will not actually change the display so see above!
